Subject: Gross Negligence or Premeditated Intent to Violate Federal Law/Mandate?

Mr. Nelson, Ms. Chi:

Before including this information, we wanted to give you every opportunity to respond and/or deny the following, due to what appear to be clear and undeniable facts, facts demonstrating Gross Negligence or Premeditated Intent to Violate Federal Law/Mandate:

Did you recently post notices on all 18 bathroom doors, on saw-horses and on the Tuttle Creek Campground Bulletin Board, stating that people would have to move to different areas within the campground or to a different campground, while road work is being done? (We have photos).

Yet, you did not find it important enough to do the same thing at the Bishop Field Office campgrounds concerning fee increases? Are you saying that this does somehow not qualify under the provisions of “Public Notification”?

Is it true that your Recreation Ranger, Becky Hutto, is the person to call on the aforementioned notices posted? Was it Ranger Becky Hutto who was or should have been responsible for posting the proposed rate increase notifications in the same manner?

Do you not believe that you had, and do have, a fiduciary, mandated and legal responsibility to make a “best effort” to notify all parties, parties that are or would be affected by your 300% rate increase targeting Senior Citizens?

We look forward to your reply,
